You just can’t find the time to go to your favorite fitness house or gym? just keep postponing your run in the local park? Planning a mountain hike forever? No problem. In this post we will present a sequence of exercises that you can practice at home in your living room. If applied correctly and timely, with this exercises you will burn 1.000 calories from the comfort of your home.

Keep in mind that the exercises are difficult and take tremendous effort. So if you are new to fitness you might want to start with 1/3 of the exercises and gradually increase the number and intensity. If you complete only 1/3 of the exercises you will still burn around 330 calories, which is equivalent to one hour walk on the treadmill with average speed of 6 km/h.
