Michelle Obama, as you all know, for the past 7 years is the First Lady of the United States. During her stay at the White House she has become a role model for women, a fashion icon, and an advocate for poverty awareness, physical activity, nutrition, and healthy eating.

In 2010 the First Lady started the “Let’s Move“ project – administration wide initiative with the goal of reversing the 21st century trend of childhood obesity. She also created the White House Kitchen Garden, an organic garden and the first White House vegetable garden since Eleanor Roosevelt served as First Lady. She also installed bee hives, on the south lawn of the White House.

All this tells us that Ms. Obama is a strong advocate for the healthy food. So we did a little research and tried to find out what the First Lady of the United States eats for lunch. Here it is:

Her favorite lunch is fish and stir-fried vegetables, while her second favorite lunch meal is brown rice with potato. Sometimes she eats veggie pizza on whole wheat bread, loaded with cheese, tomato sauce and vegetables. Ms. Obama also likes organic beef with guacamole and pinto beans.
