What is the diet? 

This regimen is based on the principle that we should eat the way we did back in the Paleolithic era. Its simple – if a cave man wouldn’t have eaten it, neither should you.

Banned food: dairy products, cereal grains, sugar, potatoes and beans.

Allowed food: meat, fish, eggs, fruit and vegetables.

Its interesting that with this diet there is no calories counter, so you can eat how much you want, as long as you stick to the right (allowed) foods. For example – one of the few diets that allows you to consume steak or bacon.
