Diet with milk and green tea is one of the most popular among those who want to lose weight quickly. It lasts only one day in which you can lose from 2 to 5 pounds, by getting rid of excess fluid accumulated in the body.
Important notice: this diet cannot be applied more than one day, or more than twice a month. Be careful if you are intolerant to milk, if you have a problem with the kidneys or low blood pressure. If you suffer from some chronic diseases, must consult a doctor.
What do you need?
- 5 liters of low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons of dried green tea (see here why green tea is considered super drink)
We recommend to buy the tea from herbal pharmacy or health food stores, because the filter bags do not have the same effect.
Boil the milk, then cool it to a temperature of 70 degrees. After this add 2 tablespoons of green tea. When you are putting the tea, its important the milk to be hot, not lukewarm or cold. Cover it, leave the tea to stay for 20 minutes, then strain it.
How much to drink?
- You need to drink 1 cup of the drink every 2 hours
- During the day, try to drink more water for bigger effect
