Do you want a morning coffee substitute? We have one for you and it comes in a delicious, creamy and healthy form.
Meet guarana. A herb that increases your alertness and concentration, invigorates the body, reduces fatigue and tension, and increases energy levels. Also, a common ingredient in beverages for weight loss and anti-cellulite cream.
Guarana contains between 3-7% of caffeine, which is much more than coffee (1-2%). But, in contrast to coffee or tea caffeine, guarana does not cause adverse effects such as palpitations or rapid heart pulse. The caffeine from guarana is released much more slowly, so its stimulating effect is longer (about six hours).
When mixed with fruit and vegetables, guarana drink is better than coffee – both nutritionally and in taste.
