Day 1:

Breakfast – 1 fruit (can be orange, peach or melon / not banana or grape), 1 rusk, 1 cup of coffee or tea (without sugar)

Lunch – 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, 1 orange

Dinner – 2 tomatoes, 2 tusk’s, 2 boiled egg’s, green salad

Day 2:

Breakfast – 1 fruit (can be orange, peach or melon / not banana or grape), 1 rusk, 1 cup of coffee or tea (without sugar)

Lunch – 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, 1 orange

Dinner – 125 grams of boiled beef meat, 1 tomato, 1 orange, 1 rusk, 1 cup of coffee or tea (without sugar)

Lunch – 200 grams of boiled beef or fish, 1 rusk, 1 tomato

Dinner – 500 grams of boiled vegetables (potatoes, carrots, peas), 1 rusk, 1 boiled egg

Important:

  • During this diet you should not consume alcohol
  • After the diet, eat normally (except every Monday when you should stick with the regime of Day 1)
  • Take all the ingredients in the specified order and do not skip meals
