Did you heard about Garcinia Cambogia? This fruit with an exotic name is relatively still unknown to the general population, but its increasingly gaining popularity as one of the most effective ingredients when it comes to weight loss.

Garcinia Cambogia is a plant growing in regions of Southeast Asia, India and Central Africa. Looks like a small pumpkin-sized orange and, depending on the area where it grows, can be found in yellow, green or red color shades.

How Garcinia Cambogia acts?

The main ingredient of Garcinia is hydroxycitric acid, or HCA, which stops the actions of a particular enzymes in our body. When these enzymes are working all the carbohydrates – that we fail to spend and convert into energy – are converted into fat reserves. In addition, Cambogia reduces the appetite by increasing serotonin levels in the blood, improves the mood and stops food cravings. By boosting serotonin it prevents the negative effects of stress hormones, reduces cholesterol levels and increases energy.

Because all of this, Garcinia Cambogia is certainly a must have food in a today’s world of stress, hurry, fast food and bad habits.
